Packaging Line Monitoring

Built by Sparse Supernova

Your packaging line already has sensors on every critical subsystem. Right now those sensors trigger alarms when a single reading crosses a fixed limit. Sentinel learns the normal pattern across all available sensor channels together, including how they relate to each other during production, idle, and changeover. When the relationships change, Sentinel flags it hours before a threshold alert would fire.

The technology is sensor-agnostic: the same primitives adapt across process, mechanical, pneumatic, thermal, and electrical channels. Over time, each deployment builds a structured fault intelligence asset that compounds in value.

Sentinel also verifies whether the sensor channels themselves remain trustworthy, so teams can distinguish between equipment drift and unreliable instrumentation.

If your line includes inline leak detection, Sentinel monitors inspection health alongside production machinery. It learns whether reject drift comes from upstream process issues or from inspection-side degradation, and quantifies the carbon waste from avoidable rejects.

Sentinel does not replace inline leak inspection. It provides cross-machine intelligence above it: reject-pattern drift, maintenance precursors, recipe benchmarking, and waste impact.
